Service Description
English support without the pressure via message and voice-notes. These sessions are designed around your goals, your pace and the way you learn best. Whether you're preparing for interviews, building confidence at work, improving your speaking skills or simply looking for a safe place to practise, we'll focus on what matters to you. Sessions can take place through video calls, messaging, voice notes, or a combination of all three. Together we'll find an approach that feels comfortable and effective. No judgement. No pressure to be perfect. Just personalised support to help you move forward with confidence. Suitable for B1–C2 learners.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice may be moved to another available time at no additional charge. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the full session fee being charged. No refunds will be provided. If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered used and no refund, credit or replacement session will be offered. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee remains payable. All sessions and packages are non-refundable. This includes missed sessions, late cancellations, change of circumstances, or unused sessions. Package sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire automatically. No refunds, credits or extensions will be provided for unused sessions. Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and technology for online sessions. Technical issues on the client's side may result in the session being considered used. Low Pressure English reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour. No refund will be provided in these circumstances. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined above.
