How much is a session?
My pricing and services are simple. All 50 minute sessions are a fixed fee of 35 Euro. This is for either video or message / voice-note sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
I keep my policy simple. Cancelled sessions are non refundable. If you want to change the session time I require 48 hours notice. If less notice is given then the full fee is charged.
If I need to move a session then this is at no cost to you. If no alternative session time can be found then a refund will be provided to you in full.

Are you a qualified English Language teacher?
Yes. I am CELTA qualified (Cambridge University Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).

Can you help me with my English exam preparation?
This service is not a structured English Language Course and I do not follow the formal curriculums. (no grammar drills here). However as a supplementary support I could provide assistance. i.e. confidence with speaking or writing. It depends on individual needs. Best option is to book an initial session to talk through what you need and we can see if we can build a plan to help you.

Help! I have a last minute meeting / interview / presentation. Can you help?
I will try my best. Look for a suitable time in my calendar and send as much information over as possible in the form so I can prepare for our session ahead of time.

Do I need to know some English to work with you?
Yes you will need to be at or around B1 level. I do not provide beginner lessons. Not sure of your level? You can check using this free resource:
